Field Sales

Direct field sales + calling when required

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Finding potential local businesses across high-street markets & retail hubs
  • Visiting shops and commercial businesses directly on the ground
  • Identifying the owner or primary decision-maker
  • Introducing Nita Digital and our 4-stage digital growth ecosystem
  • Explaining website development and digital visibility services
  • Generating high-intent qualified business leads
  • Conducting confident cold approaches with business owners
  • Arranging and scheduling live website demos
  • Following up consistently with prospects
  • Helping convert prospects into active paying customers
  • Working proactively toward monthly sales targets
INSIDE SALES & SUPPORT

Customer Service & Sales

Customer Service + Inside Sales (primarily phone-based)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Calling potential customers who have submitted online consultation requests
  • Explaining Nita Digital services clearly and professionally
  • Understanding specific customer requirements, pain points & industry context
  • Explaining website packages, pricing tiers, and social growth solutions
  • Following up with warm leads and booking strategy sessions
  • Handling basic client objections with empathy, clarity, and proof
  • Assisting onboarded customers throughout their initial project setup
  • Converting suitable enquiries into confirmed client sales
  • Maintaining professional, high-trust customer communication at all times
ENGINEERING & ARCHITECTURE

Full-Stack Developer

Web engineering & client digital infrastructure

Base Compensation ₹2–4 LPA
Incentive Structure Salary-based role

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Building fast, editorial, high-performance business websites
  • Frontend development with semantic HTML, modular modern CSS & vanilla JS
  • Backend development for lead forms, booking flows & automation
  • Building custom interactive website functionality, calculators & drawers
  • Integrating third-party APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp APIs & Google Maps
  • Implementing responsive design layouts that perform flawlessly across devices
  • Debugging cross-browser rendering and mobile viewport issues
  • Handling web deployment, domain DNS, SSL, and server optimization
  • Maintaining and updating live client websites for speed and security
  • Collaborating closely with the Nita Digital core engineering team
